For everyone from lifelong ‘yogis’ to enthusiastic yoga beginners, a suitable yoga class can be easily found in Malta in most gyms or leisure centres, including at the Body Power Studio inside the Radisson Blu St Julian’s. If you fancy attending a class anywhere, it’s worth checking in advance if booking is necessary, but otherwise there’s no stopping you from practicing yoga here in the heart of the Mediterranean. Here’s where else to check out in Malta to get immersed in the world of child poses and downward dogs.
